Batch upload for manual sequencing

To allow merchandiser to batch upload SKUs for manual sequencing

    Thank you for your interest.  For clarification, I'd like to confirm that the merchandisers would be using the upload feature (of a csv file, for example) for the categories that they manage and there would not be a feed or SFTP activity to do this instead.

    Merchandiser will be able to upload the excel or csv file via commerce insights workspace. There is no need for any SFTP activity.

    In the file, the merchandiser can set the sequence in the sequence column. This only works for manual sequencing of course.

    Exception scenarios:

    1. Uploaded list will overwrite previous sequencings and pinned SKUs.

    2. If there is an error (such as SKU not found in CI / store view), system must inform error to merchandiser.
