Thank you for your requirement. Can you expand on the use case here? What is the business task/driver for this requirement? Is this for checking to be sure any given category has been sequenced or not? Is it sufficient to show only the categories that the merchant is monitoring in a workspace? Would the merchant need to explicitly list the categories that they want to monitor or would this view be for all categories? Is it sufficient to just list the category name, sequencing type (manual or intelligent) and date (which could be null/empty)?

The business use case is for merchandisers to track the sequences done. For instance, at times, merchandisers need to see if past sequencing has contributed to a lift in sales etc. This is also for audit trail too.
The date and account name of merchandiser who sequenced will be recorded in the report, upon download. The action logs (which category and which SKUs was sequenced) will be recorded. It is like seeing a snapshot of how the sequence look like in the past.
