Our store users and operations team are used to having the ability to see a history of when and how OH/ATS count changed including trickles from POS, user inventory movements, receipts, etc. These are currently exposed in console but not in any store UI screen. This lack of visibility means that the store users currently have to log IT tickets or call their operations leaders to check in console for how inventory discrepancies arose and validate if there was a systems issue or a process issue rather than identifying and correcting process issues in their store independently and only escalating for system issues.

identifying and resolving training issues and process problems within their own store versus escalating to central operations to identify root cause of inventory discrepancies.
