Improvements in Blind Returns

  1. Be able to process a blind return however, larger amount may require a manager override
  2. Issue gift card for the amount, issue credit to a credit card with manager override (CC info manually typed in)
  3. Exchange order with blind return items where credit from blind return is used on exchanged items
  4. Be able to call pricing engine for lowest price within last 90 days (default) or current price (with override),
  5. Be able to adjust the amount of refund within certain price range (Typically customer would show some proof-of-purchase like credit card statement which is not an invoice/receipt.
