Can we have a feature in OMS through which we can broadcast common messages to all stores together on Store engagement application.
e.g. "XYZ carrier system is down. Do not perform any packing operation". This will help in avoiding multiple tickets logged by store users OR preventing them from using the application for certain activities.
How will this idea be used?
We know that there is a scheduled maintenance coming up in carrier system due to which packing operation will error out. With this common message ( like an alert which you see on websites ), we can prevent users from attempting packing in the impacted duration.
