Provide the ability to optimize node selection based on a committed delivery date to Customer versus standard order service-level agreement at the time of order capture.
[Retailer] commits a delivery date of Thursday, November 8th, versus capturing the order on Friday, November 2nd and applying a standard business SLA of 3-6 days.
How will this idea be used?
Kohl's will begin promising accurate delivery dates to its customer-base in Q1 of 2019. To ensure sourcing is operating off of the appropriate SLAs to customer, Optimizer must consider the promise date over a standard SLA range (of days).
