Increase OOTB YFS_REPROCESS_ERROR.ERRORMESSAGE columns size to 5M

The current YFS_REPROCESS_ERROR.ERRORMESSAGE columns size is only 1M and is bit small to handle a big message when dealing with dataload related tasks.  Under error condition, customer is seeing large number of exceptions in the log indicated -302 error on  YFS_REPROCESS_ERROR table and unable to handle it with retries.

Though it is possible to ask customer to manually increase this column  size, it will be preferred to introduce a bigger size(ex 5M) as the  OOTB configuraiton. It will have very little impact to the product as the storage will only be used when a message requires such big size.  There are many similar cases been reported by customers, this change can help to reduce the debug/support effort for both customer and OMS support teams.

How will this idea be used?

This would allow larger message to be captured in the YFS_REPROCESS_ERROR table instead of a -302 exception due to the column size issue.
