in Call center we don't see any way to Add special service to a product which is already associated with a special service. For web (commerce) orders , we were able to create order with product
and special services(createOrder API). Special service charges are added in order total.
But when we open order in call center, its not displaying special
service charges in any category and also no option to remove special
How will this idea be used?
Cleint want to use personalization as a special service. Item will be associated with a special service "Personalization". Call center should support for adding special service and modify/view special service for web order
